Meet the Staff

Lauren Graziano - Office Manager

Lauren joined our team in April 2018 and is currently serving as our Office Manager and Assistant. Leading a healthy life-style is a huge part of Lauren's life, which is why she is excited to be apart of a team that focuses on wellness of the whole body. Previously, she was employed for Virtua for seven years as an Office Coordinator. Lauren left Virtua in 2017 to further establish her own business, FabYouBliss Occasions and pursue her passion for planning and coordinating events, as well as custom made decor.

Several years ago, Lauren became a distributor for Shaklee Products, a certified health coach for Purium Health Products, and a certified Cross Fit trainer. This provided her with the opportunity to share her knowledge of nutrition and fitness and continued to fuel her passion for healthy living. Aside from selling products, she also creates custom meal & fitness plans.  Lauren takes pride in educating her consumers on their all natural supplements and coaching them through every step of their journey. Not only does Lauren love helping people be the best version of themselves, but she also enjoys the relationships she's built along the way.

In her free time, Lauren loves to workout, spend time with family and friends, and travel. Lauren also loves watching and attending sporting events and is a die hard Philadelphia Eagles fan. She is a graduate of Paul VI High school and currently resides in Berlin with her husband Ben.

She practices Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Acupuncture with a focus on mental health, stress management, pain management, digestive issues, insomnia, migraines, headaches, women’s health, and fertility. In addition to acupuncture, Rebecca utilizes moxibustion, cupping, guasha, and tuina into her treatments. This allows for an inclusive session that is specifically tailored to you, and leaves you feeling better than when you walked in! Her mission is to provide a safe space for patients to feel truly cared for, and assist them on their path to healing! In her free time, Rebecca enjoys cooking, baking, running, reading, and spending time with her family and two rescue dogs.

Stephanie Flaemig - Licensed Massage Therapist

My name is Stephanie, your "A Touch of Natural Healing" Massage Therapist, @ Pure Assuage Massage Therapy. I am married with 4 amazing (keeping me moving and on my toes) children. My family is my life and soul, massage therapy is my calling and passion. The power of Massage with touch, stretch and breathe is the most natural way to heal the mind, body and soul. My mission to become a Massage Therapist started after I was injured at work while waitressing. My injury was followed by 2 back surgeries, a laminectomy then 6 months later a spinal fusion. While I was healing, my thoughts of helping people with chronic pain and other health issues lead me on my journey to heal naturally, before it gets to the last resort, surgery. Massage increases circulation, improves flexibility and joint mobility, speeds up recovery on soft tissue injuries, also helps with depression and anxiety by increasing dopamine, serotonin and other hormones and decreases cortisol (stress hormone) that leads to a healthier life and longevity. I am currently certified in Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Medical, Prenatal, Hot Stone, Yomassage and Aromatherapy modalities. My goal for my patients is to ensure eased pain, feel less stress and anxious, help with depression, muscle tension release and so much more when they walk out of my room. Really looking forward to having you take a mini healing vacation on my table...where the mind, body, and soul regenerates.
